TRICKS & SKILLS CLASSES

Understand the fundamentals of pole dance. Our Pole syllabus teaches variety of pole technique, skills and combinations. Each level (except beginners) has a list of 'prerequisites' which can be found on the Prerequisites page. Pole level progression is in the following order: Beginners, Elementary, Intermediate, High Intermediate, Pre-Advanced, Intro to Advanced, Advanced.

Understand the fundamentals of aerial hoop (a.k.a. Lyra). Learn Lyra technique, skills and combinations. Lyra level progression is in the following order: Beginners, Inter 1, Inter 2, Inter 3, Advanced.

Learn skills and beautiful transitions on the aerial hammock. We currently have two levels to choose from. Beginners and Intermediate class options available.

Pole Tricks & Transition classes are for those who want to learn pole tricks that are outside of our usual syllabus. There is a class catered to each pole skill level. Not only will you learn new skills, you will also work on how to flow seamlessly between each move. Make sure to book into the class suitable for your level!

Open level conditioning class. Conditioning drills to help achieve inversions (going upside down) on the pole. Suitable for those who have completed at least one term of Beginner Pole.

(Inverts, Shouldermounts, Ayeshas) High intermediate to Advanced level skills class, focusing on inverted positions. Drills, skills and combinations. Build strength and body awareness on the pole.

Work towards inverts, ayeshas, and shouldermounts - play with unique variations, grips and exits with all your classic tricks. This class is great for exploring the endless possibilities of pole. This class is suitable for Intermediate to High Intermediate level.

Suitable for students in High Inter level and above. Decorate your pole tricks with intricacy and layers. Learn how to make finer movements within all the beautiful shapes you love, to look like you’re dancing through the transitions. You will be exploring combos created in harmony with the music. This class will help you build stamina as you hold your shapes and play with musicality up the pole.

Tricks & Transitions classes will focus on building your strength and stamina while perfecting your current moves. You'll explore off-syllabus tricks and different transitions. This class is suitable for students at intermediate 2 and above; progressions and regressions will be provided.

Conditioning drills to increase range of motion and active flexibility in shoulders, hips, legs and back. Open level course, for anyone who wants to improve their overall flexibility. Instruction for contortion positions including but not limited to: bridges, forearm stands, chest stands and needlescales.

Work on mobility exercises and conditioning drills to improve your range of motion and flexibility. Instruction for contortion positions including but not limited to: bridges, forearm stands, chest stands and needle scales. Must have previous stretch and flexibility experience to attend.

Learn the basics of balancing on your hands. Drills and conditioning exercises to build strength, flexibility and coordination. You will try new positions and manipulate your body in different inverted positions. No experience necessary.
DANCE & CHOREO CLASSES

Learn dance and choreography using the pole and floor. Focus on body movement, transitions and musicality. Build strength and endurance while dancing your heart out! Each instructor will bring their unique style to their choreography class, teaching a new routine every fortnight. Heels and kneepads required.

Learn all the fundamental moves and get comfortable with dancing around the pole. This class will be paced to suit those who are new to pole choreo (completed at least one term of Beginner Pole). A new routine will be taught every fortnight. Heels (or socks) and knee pads required.

Each fortnight you will learn a new lyrical choreography, on the pole. Focus on low flows, beautiful transitions and lyrical/contemporary style dance. Both a strength and cardio workout, have fun while learning a gorgeous flowy routine. Suitable to those who have some pole experience. Socks and knee pads recommended.

A choreography class for lovers of slinky, flow-style movement. Without heels, we will be exploring waves, undulations and spirals wearing socks for maximum slide. All levels welcome, although it's recommended to be familiar with pirouettes and chair spins

This class is all about floor work, shapes, transitions and movements around the base of the pole. Learn dynamic shapes and sequences that will help you build strength and improve your low flow. Suitable for High Inter level and above. Heels and knee pads required.

Learn impressive basework tricks like kips, cartwheels, and handstands and more! You will be taught the techniques to master each move and combine them into a dynamic flow. This course will not only build your strength and fluidity but also boost your creativity, leaving you with fresh tricks to elevate your pole skills. Suitable for High Inter + Bring knee pads and boots/heels

The name says it all. In this class we immerse ourselves in all things old school in pole dance! Think: Powerful, sexy and stage-ready choreography! Full of all the body rolls, booty shakes, hair flicks and high kicks. You will learn a new routine every week. This is an open level class (suitable for beginner - advanced). Heels and kneepads are recommended!

Learn a Lyra routine over 4 weeks, emphasizing on technique, transitions and musicality. The choreography will be built on each week, refining movement and performance skills. Consistent attendance is preferred as each class builds on material from the previous session. Prerequisites: Students must be comfortable with basic mounts, poses and inversions.

A fusion of dance styles performed to popular music in single sole high heels. Heels uses the technicality, fluidity and clean lines of jazz; the confidence, hard-hitting style and intricacy of hip hop; the sensual floorwork inspired by exotic dance; and numerous other styles, including vogue, Latin dance and burlesque. In these classes you will learn a new choreography every fortnight. Beginner and open level available.
