BEGINNERS
Never done pole dancing before? Start with Beginners and learn the fundamentals of pole. Each week you will learn conditioning, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
ELEMENTARY
Consolidate the fundamentals from Beginners, learn more complex transitions, and start to learn how to 'invert' (Pull your self upside down and hang from an ankle lock). Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
INTERMEDIATE 1
Now you are confident with your invert, learn how to do leg hangs and more tricks on the pole. Begin to climb and do spinning combinations up high on the pole. Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
INTERMEDIATE 2
Once you are able to do outside leg hangs unassisted, in intermediate 2 you will learn longer inverted combinations, and the 'superman'. Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
INTERMEDIATE 3
Now you are getting serious about pole dancing, we recommend at least 2 classes per week at Intermediate 3 level. Begin learning to aerially invert and to do the 'shouldermount'. Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
PRE ADVANCED 1
Now that you are able to aerially invert and shouldermount, you have moved to Pre Advanced 1. This level will help build the strength and stamina needed to progress you through to pre advanced 2. At this level we particularly recommend 'Stretch & Strength' classes, to work towards advanced pole tricks that require a higher level of strength and flexibility. Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
PRE ADVANCED 2
Pre Advanced 2 students are working towards different entries in and out of the static V or 'Ayesha', as well as advanced tricks and combinations. You will focus on refining your pole dance technique to achieve fluidity and clean lines. We recommend taking 'Pole Tease' and 'Advanced Floorwork' classes to help you become an all rounded pole dancer. Each week you will learn drills, skills and combinations. $210 for 8 weeks.
ADVANCED
Advanced students are confident to Static V, aerially shouldermount and have a flat split! You will learn some challenging combinations involving both high levels of strength and flexibility. $210 for 8 weeks.
ELITE
This class is for experienced pole dancers, preparing for or currently training for pole competitions/performances. Learn challenging tricks and combos on both spin and static. Hone, refine and perfect your pole skills to performance standard. Contact us to enquire about suitability. Saturdays 8:30am available only as a 2 hour class. Cost for 8 week term is $320 or $50 for a casual class.
STRETCH
An open level class for anyone wishing to build strength and flexibility. The class begins with strength exercises, then you will work on stretches for shoulders, splits and back bending. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
SPLITS BOOTCAMP
An open level class where you will drill exercises to improve your flexibility to achieve a better split. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
HEELS CHOREO
Unleash your wild side and have fun in our pole choreography course combining pole dance and sensual body movement/floorwork into sizzling hot choreography. We learn a new routine every second week. For Elementary and above. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
FLOORWORK
Learn all the fundamentals of floorwork tricks with new floortricks and floor choreography to work on each week. There will be lots of balancing, corework, leg waves, and slithering across the floor! The class is for Intermediate 1 and above. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
AbSS aka Abs and ASS
This class will help strengthen, sculpt and set on FIRE all sections of your core and gluteal muscles (aka BOOTY) with a range of fun exercises. Suitable for all levels! Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
Aerial Fitness
This class will help you strengthen all aspects of your body needed to have better control and strength in maneuvering around your aerial apparatus (be it pole or lyra)! Learn fun floor-based and aerial based strengthening exercises, and get stronger each week. Suitable for all levels! Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
I.S.A.
This class (Inverts, shouldermounts & Ayeshas) will help you nail the essential skills you need to progress in pole. Suitable for anyone from elementary to advanced. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
STATIC AND SPINNING COMBOS
Pre-Advanced to Advanced level class learning new skills each week on both spin and static pole. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
HANDSTANDS & FLEXIBILITY
Handstands and Flexibility is a great way to develop balance, core strength, body awareness, and to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Learn how to balance yourself in a handstand, including different entries, positions and exits. Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
EXOTIC POLE
This is a choreography class for intermediate to advanced level pole dancers. Incorporate both athleticism and sexy, slinky body movement using primarily static pole. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
LYRA
Learn the beautiful art of aerial hoop, a.k.a. Lyra with our levelled lyra courses. You will do strength and conditioning specifically designed to strengthen the muscles needed for this aerial apparatus, as well as learn tricks/combinations. Beginner level is open to anyone. Intermediate level requires you to be competent in straddle invert, hox hang, mermaid, amazon and birdie roll. Advanced level requires you to be competent in one knee hangs, inverting from the top bar, and pullovers. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
OPEN POLE
Learn new tricks, practice old ones, put together combos or revise combos from a routine - Open Pole is an 'all levels' pole class to suit different needs, abilities and purposes. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
CONTORTION
Advanced level stretch class. Focus on both strengthening and lengthening muscles. Emphasis on back bending techniques, active flexibility and transitioning between flexibility poses. Available as a course $210 and/or as a casual class ($18 for enrolled students or $30 for non enrolled)
