Understand the fundamentals of pole dance. Learn pole technique, skills and combinations. Each level (except beginners) has a list of 'pre requisites' which can be found on the pre requisites page.

Understand the fundamentals of aerial hoop (a.k.a. Lyra). Learn Lyra technique, skills and combinations. Each level (except beginners) has a list of 'pre requisites' which can be found on the pre requisites page.

(Inverts, Shouldermounts, Ayeshas) High intermediate to Advanced level skills class, focusing on inverted positions. Drills, skills and combinations. Build strength and body awareness on the pole.

Conditioning drills to increase range of motion and active flexibility in shoulders, hips, legs and back. Open level course, for anyone who wants to improve their overall flexibility. Instruction for contortion positions including but not limited to: bridges, forearm stands, chest stands and needlescales.

Learn the basics of balancing on your hands. Drills and conditioning exercises to build strength, flexibility and coordination. You will try new positions and manipulate your body in different inverted positions. No experience necessary.

Open level conditioning course. Conditioning drills to help achieve inversions (going upside down) on the pole.

A sensual style routine will be taught every second week using the pole and floor. Focus on body movement, transitions and musicality. Build strength and endurance while dancing your heart out! Heels and kneepads required.

Learn combinations on both spinning and static pole that are not taught on the regular syllabus. Work on shape emphasis and fluidity in order to 'stylise' your movement. Suitable for high intermediate and above.

Incorporate acrobatic skills on the floor and base of the pole. Build strength, flexibility and body awareness through dance! Intermediate level +
